The Graz99ers are looking forward to three top teams from Europe: Adler Mannheim (DEL), HK Nitra (SVK) and MOTOR České Budějovice (CZE) will come to the Bunker.
The trophy was last competed for back in 2018, after which the competition was paused due to participation in the Champions Hockey League and then the pandemic obviously hit the world. In 2022 the Energie Steiermark Trophy will celebrate the comeback. As in previous years, there will be a total of two match days:
On September 9, the duel between MOTOR České Budějovice (CZE) and HK Nitra (SVK) will take place at 16:00. In the evening at 19:30 follows the match between the Moser Medical Graz99ers and the Adler from Mannheim (DEL. The respective winners will face each other in the final the next day, the two losers will fight for 3rd place.
All games of the Energie Steiermark Trophy will be broadcast via Livestream. The livestream ticket will cost € 6.90.
